I started in real estate two years after graduating from CMU. I have lived in the area since 1979. Over the years I have come to enjoy all aspects of the buying and selling process. From walking a 40 acre parcel to helping with the design and build of a new home. While the experience of broker/owner has been great I find myself in the office everyday listing and selling properties, that may never change.
