Aside from my knowledge/experience as a Realtor and Broker formally with Century 21 Town & Country for over 20 years, and as a Certified Appraiser, My benefit and value to you is my honesty, integrity and results that you will receive when buying or selling your HOME. Real Estate is not just a "hobby" for me, providing the best experience with an understanding of the process, without "high pressure" to my clients is something I pride myself in. In addition, I opened Caldera Real Estate Group with a vision of providing full service real estate services to our community. This model was formed by utilizing not only my education from Wayne State University (Corporate Finance Degree) but from my many years of real world experience from Century 21 while taking note of the benefits and shortcomings a large company like this provided. I felt I could provide the same superior service by reputation has been built on to my clients while also adding additional benefits not available with other "big box" real estate brokerages. We have a group of independent agents who all share a similar philosophies and core values which makes me very proud as a Broker and owner. We regularly donate and participate in local community and school events.
Lastly, I recently had my first son Knox, he and my soon to be wife Amy were the driving force for me to start Caldera Real Estate Group, and that passion to succeed is not just there for my family, but for you as my client as well.
