Dennis Delor was born and raised in St. Clair county, graduated from Marysville High School and received his bachelor's of liberal arts & science from Northern Michigan University. After graduating from college, he lived and worked in the small upper peninsula town of Copper Harbor, the big city of Chicago, Illinois and in the old south, just outside Richmond, Virginia. Those diverse experiences helped him form an interest in community development, real estate and quality of life. His career led him to discover unique opportunities like historic preservation & protected area management, as well as vital skills like marketing, research, and graphic design. These skills built A passion for real estate, whether it was restoring A 100-year-old building and creating a new purpose for it, or finding the perfect location for an entrepreneur to start a new business. He is invested in St. Clair County and volunteers his time to local museums; youth sport programs and development committees. He believes our area is bustling with potential and possibility, which is why he returned to the Blue Water area to raise his family.
