Lori Stephan has served as President and Broker/Owner of Country Pride Realty, Inc. since 1999. We are an independent brokerage firm, not a franchise. Allowing us more room for personalization, freedom and lack of what some feel can be arbitrary rules.

Besides her real estate affiliations that she has earned, she has been Real Estate trained for HUD homes and for the Professional Standards Committee. Lori has a private portfolio of investment rental properties including personal projects of home design and construction, managing home flips, extensive home renovations, home staging, and interior design.
