As a Michigan transplant I have a unique perspective on our area. I didnt grow up here, or even in the state. Ive had to learn on my own all the things that make Monroe County special and my outsider perspective gives me a unique view on what this area has to offer. I chose to move here, and Ive come to love the geographical diversity of Southeast Michigan; from beaches, to farm fields, to wetlands and woods. Ive learned how friendly Michigan is for people who love nature and the outdoors, and if thats you, well get along great. My husband and I both love being outdoors, hiking with our dogs, biking, and have enjoyed exploring all Michigan has to offer.
When we purchased our first home, it was very stressful, especially for myself who was moving from another state. My goal as a real estate agent is to take that stress away with clear communication, optimal organizational skills, honesty and a clear path of the buying or selling process. I am a very creative person and specialize in staging and seeing the beauty of homes that may otherwise be overlooked. As a hobby, I refinish furniture for a local shop but aspire to do the same with homes. I will help you show your home in its best potential to attract buyers, or help you envision what a home can become after you move in.
Clear communication is my top priority when working with clients. I want clients to feel secure and safe in their decision to buy or sell their home. I will be honest with all of my clients, even if the outcome is not ideal. I do not want people to purchase a home or property and regret that decision later because of an undisclosed detail. All communication will be honest and straight forward.

Staging and showcasing a property is my area of expertise and sometimes a well staged home can significantly increase the sale price. If you need help in the staging aspect of your home, just ask and I'll connect you with someone who can make that happen.

Real Estate transactions are legally binding and the paperwork needs to be filed correctly to protect buyers and sellers. It is my job to make sure the paperwork is done correctly and I will assist my clients by clearly communicating what is needed of them to make a transaction close.
