Since joining the real estate profession in 2014, I have been a consistent Multi-Million Dollar Producer, the recipient of the Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond and Silver and Gold Life Awards, and am in the top 10% of my profession through our local MLS board. I strive to do my best and serve my clients to the best of my abilities!
Born and raised in Southwest Michigan, I have called this area home all my life and can offer plenty of knowledge about our area to buyers.
Before becoming a realtor, I obtained my Bachelors degree in Elementary Education and taught for several years before becoming a stay-at-home mom for my two children, Ava and Ryan. While staying at home, I also started my own floral design business, JulieZDesignZ LLC, that focused on weddings and special events. When my children reached school age, I pursued my career in real estate. I am now a full-time realtor and love what I do every day.
My degree in Education provides me with the skills necessary to coordinate multiple deals, work with all personalities and multitask in ways that many might struggle with. Using my eye for design and style, I also use my talents to stage the homes of my sellers to get to SOLD faster!
I strive to listen to and focus my attention on the needs, wants and desires of my clients in order to help them to reach their real estate goals, whether it be buying or selling.
