Having attended Lakewood Ranch High School, I am intimately familiar with the exceptional quality of our A+-rated local public and private schools. This knowledge allows me to offer valuable insights to families seeking the perfect educational opportunities for their children. As a true Sarasota native, I possess an intimate understanding of the area's nuances and a strong desire to help clients find their ideal homes.
After graduating from Florida State University with a B.S. in Biology, I embarked on a career in the yachting industry, initially as a deckhand and eventually obtaining my 200-Ton Captain's license. I ran sport fish yachts along the entire east coast of Florida, honing my leadership and attention to detail skills. Recently, I decided to return to my hometown, where I gained valuable insights into the newly built communities and subdivisions in Manatee and Sarasota counties. This experience allowed me to develop a comprehensive understanding of the offerings and insights provided by local builders.
When not actively engaged in real estate sales, I contribute to our brokerage by leveraging my expertise in real estate marketing. With a deep passion for teaching, I have taken on the role of educating our 300+ Agents on real estate marketing strategies and analysis. Collaborating with my father, Shaun Peens, the Managing Broker/Owner of Fine Properties, I assure you that you will be in excellent hands when partnering with me.
