In high school I learned that real estate was full of potential and limitless possibilities. Thus, I was licensed right after graduating from high school. My husband is a licensed builder and we owned a construction company for 18 years. Once the demand for new construction decreased in 2008, I decided to become a full time agent under a franchise brokerage. After 5 years, it was time to break off on my own and Janis DeGregory & Associates was born. Now I spend my time developing and mentoring my team of realtors. Through my journey, I developed a passion for helping people find solutions for all of their real estate needs.
