I love helping people throughout any point of the home buying or selling process understand the steps that need to be taken to make their dreams become a reality. My specialization with first time home buyers encouraged me to write a book on purchasing a home, which is available in the shop at my website.

My Buying Philosophy: There's always a home available for someone that understands what the market is providing.

When a buyer comes to me with a description of the home they're looking for, or is starting to explore the market I spend time with them to make sure they're educated on different areas, price ranges and making sure that what they're expecting is realistic. I then, with my partners, get them approved for a mortgage that best suits their goals, searches for homes in their preferred price range, and eventually closes on the home that's best for them.

My Listing Philosophy: If you show a home to the highest number of people possible the right buyer will come through and make an offer that maximizes your equity while limiting time on the market.

I love working with sellers that want a Realtor that does things differently. My specialty is digital marketing where I place the home in front of thousands of buyers that are looking for homes and even people who didn't know they didn't want a home yet. We use high-end video, pictures, and pricing strategies that get home buyers who are the most interested in your home. This ensures a quick closing time and maximizing the equity you have in your home.
