Collette began her business and marketing training at Schoolcraft College and later North Central Michigan College. After working in sales and marketing Collette was finally able to pursue her passion, real estate sales. Not only is she a licensed Realtor Collette but in 2016 she earned the Graduate, REALTOR Institute (GRI) designation.
