Originally from the Northshore of Chicago, Carolyn moved to North Muskegon, MI, where her husband grew up. After coming to visit for many years, I finally asked him, why do we keep leaving? She fell in love with the quality of life and the beauty of the area.
Carolyn earned her B.S. in Psychology from Southern Methodist University and her M. Ed. from Boston College. She worked in advertising in Dallas, TX, and Chicago, IL before teaching lower elementary school in the northern suburbs of Chicago. This background has provided her with a valuable skill set that she uses in real estate negotiations, marketing listings, and educating home buyers and sellers.
Established in 1959, J Nedeau Realtor is a family-owned business started by her in-laws, successful real estate agents, John and Joan Nedeau. Following this longstanding tradition, Carolyn has worked with her husband /broker since 2011. Beginning as support staff, she is now a REALTOR and Sales Manager.
Carolyn enjoys spending time on her family boat, reading, and traveling. She proudly serves as a trustee on the North Muskegon School Board, is a member of the Norse Education Foundation and the DArcy Family Foundation.
