Debra L. Lobsinger is a Michigan native. She was born near Detroit and raised in the Upper Peninsula. Her parents owned a small country store in the U.P. She learned the importance of customer service early.
After marriage, Debra and her family moved around Michigan following her husbands construction jobs. While she homeschooled her daughter, she became interested in house flipping. Together they successfully rehabbed and sold four homes. After her daughter graduated, Debra continued to teach. She taught English to children in China for almost four years via the internet. When the door closed for online teaching, Debra turned her focus back to real estate.

When Debra isnt working with clients, she enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, hiking and rock hunting at the beach. She lives in the countryside of Petoskey with her family and two rescue horses.
