Real Estate Life - Cathy Ficks-Blasy is a small-town girl with a big-heart adventure for life. She graduated from Western Michigan University (Kalamazoo, MI), and lives locally with her family, just a bike ride away to downtown and Lake Michigan. Cathys zeal for lake life, as well as the great outdoors, is why she loves this area so much. Cathy forte is tying in fun and professionalism with every real estate experience. Her husband, Dan, serves as the sign guy and photographer - known for his clean, crisp shots. Cathy has a natural ability to discern what her clients are hoping for in their first home or move up/move down home or 2nd/vacation home. Another thing you will notice about Cathy is her unique, creative marketing style. She works hard to ensure her clients are well cared for - real estate needs are met with honesty, excellence, and joy throughout the entire process.

Adventure Life - Doing their best to practice what they preach to Live More Life, in the summer of 2018 Dan and Cathy flipped their van into a mobile real estate office (camper van) so they could work campfire style. They eventually installed a bike hitch and roof rack for kayaks. Because their work is mobile, they work as they go. This is the adventure! If its possible for Dan and Cathy to bike to a real estate showing, thats what they do. If the showing is out of town, they throw bikes on the hitch and hit the local trails afterwards.

Bear & Squirrel Adventures emerged from Cathy and her husbands style of bringing adventure into everything. Cathys nickname is squirrel because her creative brain never shuts off; its always thinking of something. Bear fits Dan perfectly as a devoted team member, keeping a close eye on squirrel. He also hopes one day to fulfill a bucket list item: chainsaw carve a bear from a tree stump. Fun, right? What makes this duo stand out is their focus on budget and lifestyle with every person they meet. They are passionate to equip clients to Live More Life whether it's a tiny home or a house on Lake Michigan.
