Thank you for taking a moment to learn a bit more about me! For the past 18 years, I've been working with my husband, Chad, to grow Homewaters into one of the premier waterfront real estate firms in northern Michigan. While our firm services all of the beautiful vacation areas throughout northern, central and western Michigan, my personal passion has always been the spectacular waterways of northwest Michigan. Chad and I spend as much time as possible on Traverse City's East Side Lakes, including Spider Lake, Arbutus Lake, Rennie Lake, and Chandler Lake. We also love Grand Traverse Bay and Antrim County's Chain of Lakes. Watching the reaction of someone emerging from The Torch River onto Torch Lake for the first time is priceless. Most have simply never seen anything quite like it other than maybe a trip to the Carribean. The boating opportunities are endless. My favorite aspect of the waterways here are the amazing number of great destinations you can get to by water. Whether it's quiet harbor towns like Elk Rapids, Alden and East Port or fun anchoring spots like Petobego, The Torch Lake Sandbar or The Shipwreck Metropolis, you'll never run out amazing spots to visit. I hope I'll have the opportunity to help in the sale or purchase of your property in this spectacular region of the state. I'm confident you'll find me to be proactive, attentive, knowledgeable and enjoyable to work with through the process. Please contact me at your first convenience so we can get to work helping you reach your goals!
