Nadine began her mortgage career in 1996 as a Jr. Processor helping borrowers and clients understand loan processing, underwriting and closings. With hard work, long hours and exceptional customer service she excelled to the top of one of the largest mortgage companies in the heart of downtown Philadelphia. In 2004 she became the Asst. Vice President of Sales Training.When she moved to the Polk/Osceola County in 2011 to further her career in the mortgage industry, she had the opportunity to compliment her talents by attending a local real estate school while working for Disney Cruise Line. Again, with dedication, hard work and long hours of studying, she passed the Florida Real Estate Exam. She also had the opportunity to sell timeshares. However, her passion for real estate was persistent. Nadine always wanted to combine her mortgage experience and real estate sales mainly because she knew she could serve her clients more effectively with information of lending approvals, buying and selling homes. Having a full spectrum of comprehending mortgages coupled with real estate is a plus in this industry and Nadine knows she can serve her clients with a plethora of knowledge but more importantly an ambition for her clients to live in their dream home!
