After many years of buying and selling his own land, Tom got licensed in real estate and began his real estate career in 2006. He has achieved tremendous success ever since. Tom is a retired Land Surveyor and was licensed in both Wisconsin and Minnesota. He has had over 40 years experience in all matters in survey work reading & writing legal descriptions, boundary disputes, platting, mapping and subdividing. Tom is also the Manitowish Waters Zoning Administrator and is very skilled and helpful in all zoning matters. Tom is hard working, dedicated and loyal to his many clients and customers. In his spare time, Tom is an avid hunter and fisherman. He is very active with family and also attends many of his grandchildrens sporting events. Tom has a unique selling tool: he will take prospective buyers on his pontoon boat to show Manitowish Chain property.
