Amanda has lived in West Michigan her entire life and works with several regional nonprofit organizations. Consuming food that is locally grown and raised is a practice that Amanda and her family are quite enthusiastic about. Amanda and her husband of 15 years have 2 girls, who are now 9 and 12 years old. Amanda enjoys traveling, scuba diving, and sushi. Interesting fun fact: she has 37 chickens!
