There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional - integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how I work.
That said, in my experience as a real estate professional, I've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself very accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs.
In addition, I've found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They've also helped me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients.
I have a bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from Brigham Young University. I guess this is why I love educating my clients throughout the entire process of finding or selling a home. I love working with first time home buyers as well as those who are homeowners already. You can count on me to keep you informed every step of the way from the time we meet until the closing date!
In addition to being a real estate professional, I am also a Licensed Residential Builder in the state of Michigan. My knowledge about home construction is very helpful for my clients who are buying a home because we are able to estimate possible repairs in the homes we see on our showing appointments.
When I'm not at work with my real estate clients, you'll find me spending time with my wonderful husband and three active sons. I've got two sons in college - one at BYU and one at U of M Flint. My youngest is still in high school. I am also very active working with youth in our church group, assisting in scouting, and helping with church service.
