I am a Cloquet Native that move to the Barnum area in 2004. I have three amazing children; Ian is married and a US Army Soldier while Steven and Ella are still in school. My hobbies include spending time with my family and friends, gardening, fishing, hunting, and watching football. I have been a REALTOR since 2003. I have sold homes from Canyon to Pine City and Palisade to Markville. I focus mainly on regular home sales but I do specialize in the foreclosure market. I am a Freddie Mac Direct Agent. I am well versed with Fannie Mae, HUD, VA, reverse mortgages, and many more asset companies. I am dedicated to helping my clients buy and sell property. I listen to my clients wants and needs to achieve the best outcome in every transaction and I strive to ensure that the home buying or selling process is fun, easy and stress-free. My clients can count on me any time of day when they have a question or concern. To keep up to date on real estate trends a REALTOR should be involved and serve the real estate industry. I currently serve on the Minnesota REALTOR Professional Standards Committee and Lake Superior Area REALTOR MLS Chair. Past involvement include: Director on the REALTORS as Neighbors Foundation, Director for the Duluth Area Association of REALTORS and of the Lake Superior Area REALTORS.
