Emily has been in the real estate industry for 6 years. In 2013 Emily earned the International Diamond Society award, in 2014 Emily was awarded Listing Leader 2nd runner up as well as the International Presidents circle which is the top 3% of agents within Coldwell Banker nationwide. Emily has just been inducted as a Director for the North Dakota Association of Realtors and is also on the Technology Committee through FMAAR. Emily has gone through training and has become certified as a Certified New Home Specialist, Residential Construction Certified as well as a Home Staging Expert. Emilys focus is to make sure you are educated in every aspect of the home buying/selling process.

Personal

Emily was born and raised in Flagstaff Arizona and met her husband Ryan who is from a small town in North Dakota which is why they decided to move to the Fargo/Moorhead area. They have two children ages 6 and 3. Emily resides just outside of the Fargo-Moorhead metro which gives Emily insight as to commuting into the metro area and activities outside of the metro area. Emily played soccer at Phoenix College and continues to play in the adult leagues which allows Emily to stay engaged in the community.
Emily believes in long lasting relationships and focuses on trying to make a positive difference in all of her interactions whether personal or professional.
