I have been a realtor since 2019. I believed that coming from the fitness personal training industry and being native French and Spanish. I grew up speaking French in Belgium, in a Spanish family, and with a European background are great tools I could leverage as a realtor.

As a personal trainer, I honed my skills in customer service, attention to detail, and time management. These skills have proven to be invaluable in my new profession as a realtor.

In the fitness industry, I worked one-on-one with clients, helping them to achieve their goals and improve their overall well-being. This experience taught me how to listen to my client's needs and tailor my approach to best serve them. In the real estate industry, I work with clients to help them buy or sell a home, which is often one of the biggest financial decisions they will make in their lifetime. This requires a similar level of attentiveness and dedication to their needs.

My trilingual capability helps me in a few ways. Communication: As a real estate agent, you will have to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and industry professionals. Being trilingual will enable you to communicate fluently with a broader range of people, making it easier for you to understand their needs and concerns.

International connections: Knowing French and Spanish, two of the most widely spoken languages in the world, can help connect with international clients who are interested in buying or selling properties. Being able to speak their language can make them feel more comfortable and confident when working with you.

Cultural awareness: Knowing multiple languages can also give a deeper understanding of different cultures, which can be helpful when working with clients from diverse backgrounds. This can lead to better communication and ultimately, more successful transactions
Access to information: Being able to read and understand real estate documents in English, French, and Spanish can give an advantage when it comes to accessing information and negotiating deals.

Overall, my background as a trilingual personal trainer has given me a unique perspective and set of skills that have helped me to provide customized service as a realtor.
