I am a native of the beautiful state of Minnesota. I was born and raised in Apple Valley with over 25+ years of sales experience. The past 5+ years I have been a full-time licensed agent matching home buyers with their dream homes, and sellers with their next step. Enthusiastic and grateful to the Twin Cities home sellers & buyers I serve, I actively network with leaders in the industry so I can personally provide clients with resources and fresh local neighborhood information including market trends. I entered the industry because of the unlimited potential to better serve my community, meet different people, and make a living. I knew if I applied a strong work ethic based on deep preparation and determination my confidence and knowledge would grow making it possible for me to make a real difference in someones life - I dont know how to describe the feeling I get when I say the words congratulations, the home is yours.

It has been a pleasure to help so many facilitate their dreams - there is nothing like seeing the positive change a new home and move can bring to someone. I love to be a part of what for some is one of the most important experiences in their life.

Because I take feedback seriously, I continue to hone my abilities and change. It is always easier when you encounter others who have common goals to help the client and the industry. Unfortunately, this does not always happen, so I have dedicated myself to the Clients First Philosophy. One of my expertise being the local market means I can introduce my clients to homes that meet their criteria and notify them immediately of new listings that meet their needs and goals, but most importantly it means I am with them every step of the way. I will do everything I can to turn a negative situation around and provide alternatives for those that have been disregarded. I find it rewarding to find exceptions when people have been turned away.

When it comes to new clients, I establish initial contact and discuss their real estate needs and provide market conditions. I put together property itineraries for my clients which can include numerous showings in a short period of time. Scheduling these tours requires a delicate balance that takes into consideration geography and logistics against a unknown time constraints that sellers may impose even after you schedule - I do my best to find a way to make it happen for my clients schedule.

Negotiating offers may not happen quickly, in fact some go on for days, but once an offer gets accepted and the property goes under contract and I manage the sale. This is where oversight is of extreme importance. I do my absolute best to make sure everyone involved in the process is doing their job. It is particularly important that both sides of the transaction, those on the buyer side and those on the seller side are fulfilling their obligations in a timely manner. When a lender is involved active communication is a must to ensure the loan is on track. I also check in on the title company to make sure the file is being handled and all details are attended to, this way I can try to address anything that comes up unexpectedly.

After years in the business I was asked to train other real estate agents. Educating new and experienced agents has increased my knowledge of pain points and potential deal breakers. Keeping a positive mental attitude while problem solving and during the occasional crisis, is essential in managing the process.
