My career in real estate began in July 2009 in the midst of the financial crisis. Learning and growing my business during a difficult economy and real estate market paid off in that it accelerated my learning curve and exposed me to difficult and complex situations and experiences that many Realtors may never face in their careers. In seven short years I've seen extreme "Buyer Markets," extreme "Seller Markets" and everything in between including a market where nearly half of all transactions in the Twin Cities were distressed sales (foreclosure or short sale).

As a full-time Realtor I wear many different hats, but at the end of the day it's about helping my clients: 1) identify and understand current market conditions & trends, and spot opportunities; 2) navigate the home buying/selling process and guide them through what is an increasingly complex real estate environment; and 3) provide expert counsel so that my clients can make smart, informed decisions that accomplish their goals. My proactive communication and process-driven approach helps me anticipate my clients needs, concerns and questions, eliminate surprises, and ensure the home buying or selling experience goes as smoothly and efficiently as possible. As a student of the real estate market I'm able to quickly and succinctly distill what's happening in the marketplace, explain what it means for my clients and how they can take advantage of opportunities.

My communication skills and market knowledge are matched by a solid understanding of marketing principles & strategy, positioning and negotiation, developed in part through a previous career working for a marketing consulting firm where I managed a roster of clients that included Fortune 500 companies and leading advertising agencies.
