Kim's absolute favorite part of being a Realtor is getting to work with PEOPLE every single day. She thoroughly enjoys getting to know our clients and helping them find the perfect home! Kim is proud to be a full-time agent. Prior to becoming a Realtor, Kim was a real estate paralegal for 12 years for a local law firm. Drawing from her legal knowledge has proved beneficial in her real estate career.
As a life-long New Ulm resident, Kim is passionate about this fabulous community and enjoys giving back by serving on several committees and boards over the years including the Ivy House, New Ulm Bowling Association, Winthrop Golf Club Board, Tea for Cancer Board and New Ulm Chamber of Commerce Willkommen Committee+, Womens Networking Event Committee as well as volunteering at local festivals/events. In 2018, she received the Realtor with Heart Award from the Realtors of Southern Minnesota Association for her community involvement. Kim also furthered her real estate education and earned her G.R.I. designation in 2021 and earned her Associate Broker license in 2022.
