Over the past 16 years she has owned several real estate related businesses and served hundreds of REALTORS.
Today she serves as a member of the Minnesota Association of Realtors (MNAR) Board of Directors and Diversity Committee. She is an instructor for MNAR, past board member of the Minneapolis Area Association of Realtors (MAAR) and past Chair of the MAAR Diversity committee.
Recently, Julia was elected as President of the local National Association of Real Estate Brokers (NAREB) chapter in the Twin Cities for the 2018-2020 term.
Julia has a passion for building stronger communities by promoting homeownership, especially in diverse neighborhoods. As a certified Homestretch instructor with the MN Homeownership Center, she educates people about the home buying process and assists them in achieving their homeownership dreams.
Julia Israel is the co-founder and Chair of Umoja Community Development Corporation (UCDC), a non-profit organization that works to build inclusive communities where all people can attain homeownership and benefit from community development
