Lane Hansen is President and Principal Broker of United Real Estate Twin Cities, a full service real estate firm located in Edina, Minnesota. His experience and strong background in technology provide a solid platform for any agent that joins United Real Estate Twin Cities.
Lane launched his career in the west suburbs of Minneapolis, where he began his specialization in IBM mainframe and distributed systems. That eventually led to 20+ years in the field working with prominent Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 companies including Ameriprise Financial, United Health Group and SmithKline Beecham with positions as strategic portfolio manager, data management, program manager, project management, systems engineering and year 2000 systems leader.
Soon afterward, Lane expanded his expertise in residential sales as a licensed realtor in the state of Minnesota beginning in 2005 while still working full-time in corporate America. In 2009 Lane earned his brokers license and started his first residential real estate brokerage serving the entire seven county metropolitan area. He later started an additional real estate firm by bringing the first United Real Estate lounge to the Twin Cities.
