When I was home inspecting, at the height of the sellers market of 2021, one of the most popular options to move quickly and confidently forward with the purchase of a home was to have a walk N talk inspection. This is when a certified home inspector goes with the client and the real estate agent on the showing and educates the buyer about all aspects of the home, what things need to be fixed and what elements may cost money down the road and things that could be improved upon. It was during one of these inspections that it struck me that the knowledge that I have accumulated through the hundreds of homes that I have spent countless hours inspecting could be a valuable asset as a Realtor. Thus, my career as a Twin Cities Realtor began.
Besides being a licensed Real Estate Agent, an astute home inspector who is Adam Solko? I am a 40 year old father of three amazing kids (18 years old, 11 years old and 10 years old), husband of 13 years, co-owner of a Guinness World recording holding fire performance company.
Being a father has taught me patience, understanding and compassion. Everyone has their own wants and needs that need to be taken into account.
Being a husband has taught me to appreciate and love everyone's differences.
Being a professional fire performer has taught me that it is not always the most complicated show that is the most impressive to the audience. It is more important to provide an experience that is engaging and entertaining that allows them to take a break from the stressful reality of day to day life.
Being a Doctor of Physical Therapy has taught me to listen with empathy. Asking questions to better diagnose and provide the best personalized care.
