A native of Northern Minnesota, I graduated from the University of MN with a BA degree concentrating in Community Planning. I received my Real Estate License in 1988, my brokers license in 1995, and have achieved my designation as a GRI (Graduate, Realtor Institute). I enjoy my job as a full time real estate professional and have received many top sales awards for much of my career, including Top Producer. A strong work ethic and taking pride in my service to Sellers and Buyers is very important to me. My job is to help people fulfill their dreams. Whether its selling and starting a new chapter or buying a family retreat, each individual client is treated with respect and value. Knowledge and accurate information is critical to a customer. I will go directly to the source to obtain the answers and provide the most complete information.

I am proud to serve as Secretary on the Range Association of Realtors, Director on the Virgie Hegg Hospice Partners Board, and a member of the Greenwood Township Comprehensive Plan Steering Committee. We have owned Lake Vermilion property since 1989 and recently made our island cabin our year round home. Its a little challenging but we love it.

Our two sons, Jason and AJ, and grandsons, Carter, & Anders are our pride and joy. Jason, an attorney, lives in Colorado with his son Carter and AJ, a physician, lives in Duluth, MN with his wife Cara and son Anders. Our sons dogs, Jack and Henry, are often summer guests.

Barb specializes in commercial, lake homes, residential and vacant transactions.
