Scott Wollmering is a long time Minnesotan! Scott cut his teeth in business in the Twin Cities in 1994 by opening three Christian daycare centers in the southern Twin Cities. It was there that Scott first learned the importance of superior customer service. In 1998 Scott left his daycare centers in the qualified hands of his on-site directors and focused 100% on real estate. Scott, who is the father of three beautiful children, realized very quickly that he could not keep up with the volume of business he was doing on his own. It was at that time in 2000 that "THE WE TEAM" was developed.When Scott set out to create the WE Team, his strategy was simple, what we would want from a REALTOR if we were the client. From that simple philosophy, Scott created a team of dedicated professionals who take pride in that kind of service. Since that time the WE Team has been ranked as a top team consistently. In 2004, 2005 and 2006 the WE Team was ranked either number 1 or number 2 in the state with two of those years being ranked in the top 50 in the United States and number 98 in the World. In addition to Wollmering, the WE Team includes approximately seven agents, a full-time listing coordinator, full-time marketing manager, as well as a runner and other office support staff. Scott's Minneapolis real estate business personally focuses primarily south of the river. However, "The We Team" has top agents covering every area of the Minneapolis St Paul, Twin Cities metro areas.
