About Kim and Craig..We are a full time professional married couple real estate team with over 65 years of combined experience. We are excited about the addition of our son, Ben to out team! Ben is a buyer specialist with a ton of enthusiasm and a great work ethic.

Professional background...Craig began working in the Corporate Office of Merrill Lynch Realty/Burnet in 1985. Kim became a licensed realtor with Merrill Lynch Realty/Burnet in 1986. They met at a company function in 1987 and Craig got his real estate license in 1988. Kim and Craig became a team almost immediately after that and were with the same broker for over 30 years until they made an exciting move to Keller Williams Preferred Realty in 2019. That same year their son, Ben, joined the team.
Personal Background.Craig grew up in Bloomington and graduated from Lincoln High School and Kim grew up in South Minneapolis and Richfield and graduated from Richfield High School. They married in 1991 and purchased a home in Bloomington. They later built a home in Lakeville in 1996 and are still there today. They have 3 grown children and two terrific grandkids. They enjoy family, friends and spending time at their cabin in Northwestern Wisconsin. Ben is a graduate of Lakeville North High School and the University of Minnesota. Ben loves hockey and officiates youth and high school hockey games in his spare time.
