I specialize in being a master strategist, planner, and coordinator. I create optimal strategies for clients in a hot market. Sometimes its carefully managed simultaneous sale and purchase, other times, we need to think outside the box.
I help buyers search for just the right home and Im quick to support and educate them as they make their decisions. I have developed the knowledge and insight to help all of my clients find exactly what they are looking for. For most of us, the purchase of a home is the single largest investment we make. I dont take that lightly. Your agenda is my agenda.
I know that people today are very busy and need to fit home shopping into already packed schedules. I collaborate with clients and give them the tools to make sure our time spent showing is perfectly onpoint. I dont give up until my clients say this is the one.I love taking first-time homebuyers under my wing and making sure that they know everything they need to know before taking the big leap into homeownership.

I pour myself into creating the highest quality listing with appropriate staging, always professional photography, and not a detail left undone in presenting the home online.
I strategize with my clients to price the house to get the most amount of money from the sale whether the market is red-hot or just chugging along.
I never disappear. From the first meeting to time spent prepping the house to contract negotiation to the closing table, I am with my sellers every step of the way.
I truly value long term relationships and will always be a resource on all matters of home ownership and real estate.
