Its changing the whole approach to selling and getting amazing results! It also reduces tons of the stress on both the sell side by limiting showings and almost guaranteeing a bidding war, while simultaneously creating transparency for buyers in a competitive market.
In addition to using the latest technology, he also loves coaching other agents on his team as well as guiding new and experienced investors on their journey. Each persons unique situation and goals are different which makes it a blast to go into the office each day!
