With over 29 years in Real Estate, personally, my husband left his 20 plus year engineering career and joined my team. Although we have divided our business into Seller & Buyer roles, we are both actively engaged with all of our clients and are able to better service their needs. We are fully committed to encouraging our clients to make 'sound' home purchases and we do not encourage our clients to spend above their means nor recommend that they purchase at the top of their affordability range. We have made the conscious choice to work with lenders who have the same mindset and are fully confident that they will counsel them accordingly. Our philosophy is to surround ourselves with a team of professionals including administrative staff, marketing staff as well as a relocation department at our brokerage who are fully dedicated to ensuring that the relocation experience is above and beyond expectations. We dedicate a significant part of our days towards marketing properties including door knocking around new listings to invite to Open Houses and encourage the neighbors to consider their circle of friends and family that may want to live near them. We understand that internet marketing is extremely important since the majority of consumers start their searches online. We have an extensive marketing plan for online exposure and we hire professional photographers for our listings and incorporate staging advice and services to all of our sellers. I am in the process of obtaining my staging accreditation and I, personally, have inventory to assist sellers in enhancing their current home to help it sell for top dollar. 90% of our business is referrals received from past clients, repeat clients, and current partners in the industry. We are committed to contributing towards making this industry the best that it can be to ensuring our clients' interests and real estate goals are best met!
