I grew up up north about 45 miles south of Duluth, MN. I moved to the Twin Cities after high school to attend college. I graduated from the Minnesota School of Business with a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration. I have been involved in customer service since I was 12 years old. I have a strong belief that communication and following through on your promises are the only way you will gain a strong business relationship. I have owned multiple businesses, served customers through retail and trades, been involved in training and management in corporate companies and I feel that working directly with a client is the best way to gain trust and build a strong relationship.
