Growing up in rural Collegeville Township, Wendy has a deeply rooted connection to the area she lives and works. After graduating from St. Cloud State, she felt a need to do more than just work. She wanted to help people. Becoming a licensed agent in 2007 was a natural fit because her parents are residential home builders. Wendy has been immersed in the new construction business her entire life. She jokes that her playpen stayed in the work truck because she grew up on the job sites! Growing up in a family-run business taught her what is important: a great product, impeccable organization, integrity at all times, timeliness, and professional service. Her favorite part of home building is designing floor plans, which she continues to do.
Wendy and her husband (Matt) and two kids (Brooke & Griffin) enjoy spending as much time as possible outside! They keep busy at home with an impressive garden, chickens, and plenty of projects. Wendy has created a client-centric business and truly enjoys the relationships she has built with clients. She is dedicated to helping buyers and sellers with their biggest investment.
