I started in real estate in 2001 by remodeling houses and reselling them. After working with a Realtor for a few years, I decided to get my license myself in 2003. When I was initialed licensed, I worked with investment property and representing new construction builders. In 2006, I transitioned part of my business into the foreclosure and short sale (pre-foreclosure) market and helped homeowners with their short sale transactions. The other part of my business remained firmly planted in helping tradition homeowners sell and buy their homes.

I moved to Lakes Area Realty in 2010 and started the Chris Dennis Group. I am the top producing team in the brokerage and the #1 listing agent. Our broker, Steve Havig, is the 2009 President of the Board of Realtors and expects a high level of professionalism and ethics from all of the Realtors at his office.
