Nick has been a local resident of St. Paul his entire life. He has grown up, worked, and went to school in the area of the Highland Park community.
His interest in real estate began early on; Nicks family has been involved in local property investment and management for decades, an environment in which he was able to learn about the client servicing market of real estate.
This exposure to the real estate market sparked an interest for Nick, and he developed a strong understanding of the opportunities that exist when it comes to buying, selling, investing, and rehabbing properties.
Over the years, Nick has gained an extensive amount of knowledge on what the real estate markets of St. Paul, Minneapolis, and the surrounding communities can offer to his clients.
In 2012, Nick started his own demolition company that serviced home renovations throughout the greater metro area. It was during this entrepreneurial business experience that Nick fully realized his passion for real estate and for helping people with their home goals, and made the decision to pursue further involvement in realty.
In 2015 Nick began his profession as a real estate consultant. He is motivated to help his clients find the home that fits their needs and exceeds their expectations. He helps people achieve their buying, selling, and investment goals through multiple resources including; detailed analytics and research to follow market trends, proven investment formulas, and his insight on the community and neighborhoods that he has been involved with for years.
