I am a graduate of UCLA (Psychology 1987) and Arizona State University's College of Law (JD 1992). I have nearly 30 years legal experience representing clients from all walks of life, structuring deals, writing contracts, performing due diligence, and engaging in high-stakes negotiations in the Valley, and I utilize those skills at the Connie Colla Group at RETSY, a Forbes Global Properties affiliate located in Scottsdale, Arizona, for the benefit of buyers and sellers alike. The skills I honed as a litigator in the courtroom, serving clients' needs, conducting due diligence, and negotiating deals give me invaluable insight as a REALTOR and provide a distinct advantage for my clients when negotiating real estate transactions, dealing with complex matters, and closing deals. I work hard, I am ethical, I am detail-oriented, and I pride myself on helping my clients get the best deals for the best price with the least amount of hassle. When I am not working, I enjoy the outdoors - in particular, hiking, mountain biking, boating, dirt-bike riding, exploring new places in Arizona, exercising, and traveling with my fiancee and our four children.
