Move It Real Estate Group/Lake in GRAND RAPIDS
View active listings.

Growing up in Northern Minnesota, Greg feels very fortunate that his family had an island summer residence on Rainy Lake. Just a couple hours away from his full-time home on the Iron Range, that special place sealed his desire to live on the lake and raise his own family as soon as he was able to figure that out.

But like many people who grow up in Greater Minnesota, the Twin Cities drew him in for a while to begin his career in telecommunications, with his specialty in customer service and detail. And it was a perfect fit for his transition into the real estate business. Clients immediately sense his integrity and energy upon first meeting him, traits that were assigned to him in his early years and were cemented into his professional life.

Greg knew he had the opportunity to live his lifelong dream when his family's resort became available on Rainy Lake. He and his wife Rhonda, along with their children Karli and Sam, were able to not only fulfill their dreams of living on Rainy, but to have the added enjoyment of running a very family-centric resort that has had much of the same clientele for many decades. It is almost like an extended family that comes back to visit each year.

It is obvious that Greg knows how to keep customers happy through his various occupations over the years. When you work with him to buy or sell real estate, you will be able to experience that unique ability as well.

Areas served include Koochiching County, St. Louis County.
