Chris spent twenty years serving and protecting the citizens of New York City as a Detective with the NYPD before he moved to Overland Park, Kansas in 1990, when his FBI Special Agent wife Becky, was transferred to the Kansas City Division of the FBI. In 1991 he obtained his Real Estate Salesperson license and in 1997 his Brokers license. He is also licensed in Missouri and operates in the entire Greater Kansas City area. During his, now twenty year second career, Chris has listed and sold everything from farmland to new homes, ran his own brokerage and even spent several years building new homes in Johnson County Kansas and Lee's Summit, Missouri.
Chris specializes in buyers, former law enforcement officer, new homes and residential resale homes transactions.
