A native of St. Joseph, Missouri, Tammy OMeara-Chambers-Broker-Owner graduated from Lafayette High School and Missouri Western State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Political Science and a minor in Spanish. She is married to Jason Chambers and they currently reside in Andrew County. They have two children, Preston and Mercedees and four grandchildren, Dreyton, Myla, Royce & Landon.
With over 20 years of real estate experience, Tammy enjoys assisting buyers and sellers make their home-owner dreams come to fruition. She has a passion for traveling and including her family on these adventures is her main focus. Recently, she took a family trip to Hawaii to celebrate the 2021 Christmas Holiday and was excited to be able to include her two newest grandbabies on this trip. In addition to travelling, her hobbies include: scuba diving, walking, gardening, boating, and enjoying time at their lake house.
Tammy also has a true passion for giving back to her community and volunteers countless hours throughout the year. She serves on the Country Club Board of Trustees, St. Joseph Chamber of Commerce Diplomats Committee, United Way Allocations Committee, Specialty Industries Board of Directors, and is involved with numerous additional community service organizations. Previously, she served on the St. Joseph Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and was recognized as the 2017 Chamber of Commerce Diplomat of the Year
Tammy enjoys navigating both individuals and families throughout the sometimes challenging process of becoming a homeowner. She feels a great sense of pride while providing assistance to first time home buyers and makes it a point to attend as many closings at the title companies as possible. From start to finish, she enjoys assisting sellers in preparing their home for listing, all while focusing on maximizing their bottom line. Tammy is also experienced with commercial properties and enjoys these transactions as well.
Prior to her real estate career, Tammy spent over 15 years holding managerial positions within the corporate spectrum. She believes her experience in project management and client relations management has played a vital role in helping her become a successful real estate agent. Diversified in transactions, she has expertise in flipping properties, rental properties, vacation rentals, and property transactions within the Lake of the Ozarks area.
As a tenured agent with Evans Reality, in 2019/2020 Tammy was recognized as Top Listing Agent, Top Sales Producer and Total Sales Producer of 7 million. In January 2021, fulfilling her goal of becoming a small business owner, Tammy obtained her Broker's license and opened Top Property Realty, LLC. She is currently licensed in Missouri and Kansas, but plans to add additional state licenses within the next 12 months. Due to Tammys drive and expertise she has already attracted 9 licensed agents to join her team by the end of 2021 and has intentions off adding 5 more licensed agents by the end of 2022!
