A little bit about me:
My name is April Soria and I am a Kansas City native of 40+ years. I have lived all throughout the metro and surrouding areas such as Wyandotte, Johnson, Leavenworth and Crawford counties in Kansas and Platte and Clay counties in Missouri. I currently live in the northland where I have been for the last 14 years. I really enjoy exploring new places and enjoying everything our city has to offer. In my free time you might find me in the River Market or shopping at The Plaza or West Bottoms. I love taking day trips to Weston, traveling south to Branson or beautiful Table Rock Lake. I'm always up for trying a new coffee shop or restarant and I love to support local small businesses!
My experience:
My journey into real estate began in 2006, when I first became licensed in Kansas. At that time I wasn't able to make a full time career of real estate due to life and young family obligations however, I never lost my passion for it and hoped that one day I would be able to sell real estate full time. Fast forward 14 years to 2020 when the world as we knew it was forever changed. I had been working as a paralegal for 15 years and decided I needed more flexibility and it was time for a change. I made the decision to jump back into real estate and have been doing that full time ever since and I couldn't be happier. My only regret is not doing it sooner! So here I am, working for you in Missouri and Kansas. I love real estate and I want nothing more than to create a positive experience for my clients. While having a crystal ball would make my job so much easier-I don't have that luxury. There are things we can control and things we can't, but I assure you I will do my very best to help you navigate the unknown and make smart, informed decisions about one of the most important investments of your life-your home!
