Lynn Farrell moved to Lake of the Ozarks in 1975 from a small town approximately 60 miles west of the Lake. After marrying John Farrell in 1976, Lynn was hired as City Clerk of Osage Beach and retained that position for 7 years until she and John's last son, Justin, was born in 1982, thereby taking a few years off to be a full-time mom. In August 1988, she obtained her Real Estate Salesperson License and followed up in October 1988 with her Broker's License. In January 2005, she attended a Luxury Home Marketing Seminar in Dallas, Texas and became a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist.

Lynn has always been very competitive and self-motivated. When participating in sports, she always wanted to be the fastest runner, steal the most bases in softball and be the best catcher or shortstop on the field. At the same time, she was always a "Team Player" and cheered for her teammates in their efforts.

As a mom, Lynn promotes the same honesty, competitive nature and self-motivation skills in her children. Lynn coached all her children in sports and always strived to promote and attend as many activities as possible in school, sports and music.

Lynn brings this same motivation and enthusiasm to the real estate business. She became a member of the Million Dollar Club in 1992 and a lifetime member in 1994. In 1997, Lynn decided to get more involved in the Board of Realtors and was elected in 1997 for two years as State Director and served as Treasurer of the Association in 1999; Secretary in 2000; Vice President in 2001 and President in 2002. She received the Realtor of the Year Award in 2001 was honored with the Spirit Award from the Bagnell Dam Association of Realtors in 2004 for her positive attitude for always going the extra mile. She again received the Realtor of the Year Award in 2010 as well as the Presidents Award, which recognizes someone who goes above and beyond in helping with the local board and agents. In 2012, Lynn received the R Layne Morrill Award.

Lynn is very involved in the Lake of the Ozarks Women's Council of Realtors, both at the Lake of the Ozarks Chapter and State of Missouri. She held every office position in the Lake of the Ozarks Chapter and became the President in 2005. She received Member of the Year in 2010 Statewide. She was elected and served in 2017 as President-Elect of the State Chapter and President in 2018. Lynn is a strong promoter of women serving as leaders in the real estate market and proudly became President of the Missouri Womens Council of REALTORS in 2018.

Lynn is involved in the real estate industry at the local, state and national levels and was appointed as Federal Political Coordinator for US Congressman Blaine Luetkemeyer when he was elected to office. She is responsible for staying in touch with the Congressman and keeping him informed of all issues regarding real estate in the State and National Level. This is a big responsibility and one that Lynn does not take lightly. She feels this is another way of helping protect Buyers and Sellers in the right to own Real Estate in the United States.

In 2003, Lynn was elected to the University of Missouri Extension Council Board for Camden County and was re-elected for another two-year term in 2005. She is a 2003 Graduate of the Camden County Leadership Academy and along with her husband John, co-chaired the State Fair Community College Lake of the Ozarks Division College Capital Campaign in 2006-2007. Lynn was appointed to the State Fair Community College Endowment Board in 2007 and continues to serve to this day.

Lynn is a firm believer in giving back from what she receives and selling real estate is one way of doing so. She truly believes God put her on this earth to take care of others and finding homes for her clients, friends and family is one very important way of doing this, with pleasure. Lynn says "helping people buying and selling real estate can be a very emotional activity - you need to be a good listener, an endless motivator and a follow-thru individual with a 'can-do' attitude at all times." Available 24/7 most of the time, one exception are the wonderful days she's able to play grandmother to any one of her five grandkids.

"I feel God put me on this earth to help people. I can do that through helping others with buying and selling real estate. I feel a successful agent must be informed, trustworthy and must go the extra mile and I truly enjoy what I do."

Lynn specializes in residential property, luxury homes and condos transactions.
