My introduction into real estate came totally by accident. We had 6 corporate moves and one of our moves took us to awesome Southern California. We lived in beautiful Mission Viejo and, while playing a lot of tennis, I met an amazing person who just happened to be a real estate agent. She called one day and asked me to work for her and keep her organized. I did. I was hooked and I ended up learning from one of the best!
Our next move was to the St. Louis area and, once settled, I got my real estate license and went to work. Almost 36 years later, I still LOVE what I do and have been fortunate to have helped so many families with their home purchase(s) and/or sale(s). Real Estate is my passion and my greatest compliment and joy is working with buyers/sellers multiple times and helping their children with their first purchase or their parents with a downsize move.
To me, Real Estate is not a numbers game. It is the opportunity to help buyers and/or sellers with one of the biggest most important purchases of their lives. Sometimes it is an exciting move up purchase. Sometimes it means uprooting their families and moving out of state or into the St. Louis area. I have been there and done that. I know how difficult it is for the trailing spouse and for their children and I do whatever I can to make that transition easier.
I am grateful for all those buyers and sellers who have entrusted me with their sale and or purchase and who have allowed me to help them with all their real estate needs!
