Plus if you want football (go Chiefs!!!), baseball (yeah Royals), professional soccer (KC Sportings), theatre, opera, ballet, fine dining, world class museums, shopping, gondolas on the canals - you name it, Kansas City has it! Here in town locally, the average starting wage is about $13 for convenience store/fast food and then goes up from there.

The cost of living is super reasonable and if you are looking for a highly skilled job with high pay, Kansas City has hundreds of openings. The house is situated on a nice lot close to the town square and Memorial Park. It has a breezy back yard and the west property line is "Big Creek" which runs through the center of town. Our house is easy walking distance to a huge city park with play areas, picnic shelters, aquatics center w/slides etc, baseball diamonds, batting cages, small skate park, tennis courts, basketball courts and more. The house has had some recent renovations including new water heater, new furnace and plumbing with updated electrical. House will sell with traditional title and closing.
