With family roots that are truly native of our little slice of heaven in good ole Southwest Missouri, Sheena Bryant is proud to call Taney County home and even more excited to help others find their slice here in the beautiful Ozark area!!
Coming from a daughter of a Purple Heart Army Veteran, I understand the values and respect that truly distinguish our Table Rock Lake community from other areas!
Being a child of a business owner, my father repeatedly said, excel to your best ability, at whatever your put your hands too. So, it was no surprise, that I achieved state medals in track and field, as well as, cross country as a student at Hollister High School.
After high school, I achieved two degrees, an Associate in Science in Paralegal Studies and a Bachelors in Science in Criminal Justice. In 2007, I earned the title of Golden Glove Boxing Champion for the state of Iowa. Boxing gave me a greater understanding for discipline, grit, and perseverance. With that stated, I have an effective combination of Southern charm and Northern tenacity. I am familiar with winning and prefer to win for my clients with a calm demeanor and contagious smile.
With my paralegal degree, I secured employment at the City of Branson as a Court Specialist. This position helped me to gain insight on city codes and regulations, as well as, the attention to detail in documenting with precision and accuracy.
The past year I served as a Taney County Juvenile Officer allowing me the opportunity to work with a vast range of socioeconomic statuses and giving me comprehensive knowledge into the school districts located within the Branson, Hollister, Forsyth, Kissee Mills, Kirbyville, Rockaway Beach, Ridgedale, and surrounding areas! As a lucky mother of three vibrant children myself, I can personally attest to the importance of location regarding the suitable school district!
Prior to my work in the legal field, I predominantly worked in the sales industry. Not far from my childhood roots, I married a business owner. My husband is a local insurance agent with his office location in Forsyth, right down the road from the Taney County Courthouse. Having that extensive understanding of the needs of commercial properties in insurance catapults me as the perfect agent for all your business, commercial and investment real estate needs!!
As a licensed insurance producer, my favorite part was touring the businesses and homes of the clients we serve. I decided to take that drive and pursue real estate!! I love getting to hear peoples stories, or the walk of the mile in their shoes, as I call it.
