Denise Briez is a real estate broker with an eye for professional staging. She studied Business Administration and Management, with an emphasis on Entrepreneurship, at Heald College in San Jose, California.
Her interest in real estate, as a career and wealth building strategy, was sparked by reading Robert Kiyosakis book, Rich Dad Poor Dad, which gave her direction other than her life-long appreciation of architecture and interior decor. Soon after reading Rich Dad Poor Dad, she invested in what became her first income property in Los Angeles, at the tender age of 27. That initial investment experience led to purchasing more income properties in Neosho, Missouri, near the town where she spent her Summers growing up, visiting family.
Denises first official career in real estate was Marketing Manager for a boutique real estate firm. There she earned her real estate salesperson license, garnering experience in marketing, staging, buying, and selling businesses, commercial buildings, lots and land, multi-unit residential properties, vacation properties, primary residential properties, as well as leasing commercial space and residential properties across California. The broad exposure of her experiences made her realize the monetary importance of professional staging and that she especially enjoys the challenges of commercial and multi-unit residential properties.
Prior to relocating to beautiful Southern Missouri, Denise became a Broker and launched her own real estate business in San Jose, California. Neosho became Denises permanent home in 2015, when she bought her primary residence close to the heart of Neoshos Downtown Square.
Denise enjoys giving back by volunteering at places like Hope Kitchen in Neosho and supporting Neosho Arts Council. She loves big dogs, motorcycles, photography, gardening, and rehabilitating homes and offices buildings.
