Andy began his real estate career as a long-term leasing manager for Keys to the Lake in 2010. Within his first year, he had doubled the companys rental inventory and doubled it again the following year. With his continued success as the Long-Term Leasing Director and Real Estate Salesperson, he went on to become Vice President of Operations for Keys to the Lake. Andys extensive experience as a property manager at the Lake area, as well as a background in home construction and sales, have given him an excellent knowledge base for real estate. He has a wide-range in Real Estate expertise, including first-time home buyers, investment properties, and second-home living.
Andy has been the recipient of the Summit Award of Excellence presented by the Bagnell Dam Association of Realtors for the last two years in a row and obtained his Brokers License in 2015. He takes pride in establishing and maintaining strong and meaningful relationships with each and every client he serves.
Andy moved to the Lake in 2009 with his wife, Kaci, who grew up in Camdenton. They have two sons and are expecting their third. Andy is ready, willing and able to assist you with any Real Estate or Investment property needs you may have.
