After a short stint in the 9-5 world after graduating from college in 2007, Adam Stark entered the Real Estate industry in the fall of 2009 as a single agent for Coldwell Banker in his home town of Jefferson City, MO. With no experience in sales, systems, marketing or business building, Adam ended his first 12 months in Real Estate sales selling just 5 homes.
Not one to be discouraged, Adam began investing in himself and his education by brining in the best and biggest names in Real Estate, Sales and Marketing training to help expedite the journey.
Fast forward to today and Adam now heads the TOP Home Selling Team in Mid-MO and has helped over 1,000 families Buy or Sell their home. A far cry from 2009!
Adam has brought a fresh and new look in marketing and branding to the industry using social media and direct response marketing as his main platforms of lead generation. He's authored two books with one, "Real Estate Game Changers", becoming an Amazon Best Seller and for this, Adam was mentioned in the Wall Street Journal and awarded the prestigious Quilly Award in Hollywood, CA in 2017 for his Best Selling Author Status.
His team goal this year is to help 250 families Buy or Sell their home and their team is right on track! I'm a third generation Realtor at Gordon Real Estate and Specialize in both Residential and Commercial sales/leasing. I'm the current Vice President of Gordon Real Estate and Sales Director for our office. I'm a 2007 Graduate of Lincoln University with a B.S. in Business Marketing and believe my past education allows me to better understand the importance of future education in the field of marketing particularly internet marketing.
