As a full time Realtor in the greater St. Louis Area,

I have had the opportunity to work with a large number of investors and developers - from building a real estate portfolio of rental properties or finding the right home for a historic renovation in the Central West End - we've covered it all.
For my Sellers I tell "the whole truth" -- it is imperative to have a grounded, realistic view of what the market is "telling us" in order to achieve the best price in the quickest timeframe -- and working thru the transaction to ensure we get to the closing table.
For my Buyers -- the first time homebuyer to the million dollar dream home -- the same holds true. From real estate values, building inspection concerns to ensuring you have a solid "exit strategy" if you need to sell quick - we keep all this in mind from the first day we start searching until the day I hand over the keys to your new home.
